This article discusses the development of an educational game called Phishing War aimed at training against phishing attacks, utilizing gamification and Artificial Intelligence as innovative strategies. The objective is to provide a more effective alternative to traditional methods of training in Information Security, offering an interactive and engaging experience. The methodology involves literature review from sources such as Google Scholar and SciELO, followed by the game's creation, with mechanics and design developed using Artificial Intelligence tools. Results indicate that gamification, supported by Artificial Intelligence, makes training more dynamic, enhancing employee awareness and increasing organizational resilience against cyber threats. It concludes that this approach contributes to the implementation of more robust security practices in the corporate environment.
